Arnon Kartmazov and Fergus Kinnell bring 34 years of metalworking experience to their welding and blacksmithing studio, K&K Forgeworks. Known for their inventive designs, high-quality craftsmanship, and wideranging skills, the partners have developed an extensive range of custom steelwork products. Their work spans from architectural stainless steel projects, to hand-forged furniture, to laminated Japanese cutlery, to custom hinges and hardware.

Kartmazov and Kinnell's distinct styles and skills lend a unique edge to their work. Kartmazov's twenty years of metalsmithing experience includes intensive training with master blacksmiths in Kyoto, Japan, and eleven years as a master knife-maker himself. Kinnell has run a thriving metalworking business in Portland, Oregon for over twelve years, specializing in furniture and architectural metal in stainless steel. He has developed a reputation for invention, artistry and pioneering processes to solve even the most complex client problems.

K&K Forgework clients include a range of Pacific Northwest businesses (including well-known restaurants Blue Hour, Wildwood, and Saucebox, a multimillion-dollar, two-year Pearl District warehouse/gallery renovation, and the Abeja Winery in Walla Walla, Washington) and a mix of residential and architectural projects.
